I had an absolute blast this past weekend at Disneyland, so here is a quick recap.
I flew in on Friday morning with my mom. We checked into the beautiful Grand Californian and grabbed lunch in Downtown Disney. Shortly after, we met up with my best friend Daniel Beall for a marathon day at Disneyland and California Adventure. We spent 10 hours total in both parks. My legs and feet were aching at the end of the day, but it could not have been any more fun!
On Saturday, my mom and I had a character breakfast at the hotel. I love meeting the characters and eating allergy friendly Mickey Mouse pancakes, it's a real treat! After breakfast we headed to The Factory for a quick climbing session.
That night, I spoke for the Safe Day at Play series in Downtown Disney. For the Safe Day at Play series, professional athletes from various sports are brought to Downtown Disney to speak about their sport and how they stay safe. I had a wonderful time speaking and meeting members of the Boys and Girls Club after, they were so sweet and excited.
The next morning we had another character's breakfast and went to Sender One for a morning session. It was great to climb at Sender One again, it is an incredible gym. After Sender One, it was off to the airport and back home to AZ!
On to the next adventure...
